Kingdom Couples – Parenting Seminar
4 November. An English-speaking parenting seminar on “Reaching the Heart of the Child” took place.
Guest speaker Ginger Hubbard is the author of several parenting books. She shared her experiences and tips for young parents, and everyone had the opportunity to purchase her books. The evening consisted a light candlelight dinner, with a break for a sweets and fellowship. The atmosphere of the evening fully coincided with the theme and the mood of the parents, from whom there was a lot of positive feedback.
After the seminar, the young parents had a good time of fellowship and photo opportunities with the speaker. The ministry team is grateful to everyone who attended the seminar. If you were not able to attend the event, a recording of the evening can be viewed here.
Worship Team Retreat
10-12 November. The worship team retreat brought 35 Levites together at a beautiful location in Branson. These days were a time of active rest, renewal of strength, and skill building.
Saturday morning we were led in worship to the Lord by Charity Herrmann, Hope Church Worship and Creative Arts Pastor, Springfield, Missouri. The speaker also shared her challenging story and how the Lord prepared her for her dedicated service to Him. Charity gave advice on how to burn for God and not burn out, how to nurture a worshiper’s heart and remain faithful to God no matter the circumstances. The guest also shared author songs.
“There are a lot of cool musicians and singers. What makes us different from the secular professionals? Our music and song comes not only from the lips, but from the heart, from the spirit! We can’t sing more beautifully or play better than the angelic choir at God’s throne. God doesn’t demand that level from us, He wants a personal relationship, that we do everything from the heart, as an act of admiration and worship to the One we love very much!” – motivated Pastor Vitaly Subbotin for sincere ministry.
“I loved Pastor Subbotin’s word encouraging us to be diligent in whatever work we do. All work is necessary and important in the Kingdom of God. Thank you Pastor Vitaly for coming to spend time with us and encourage us. It was so refreshing!” – shared one of the participants.
The brothers and sisters of the worship team worshiped the Lord, socialized, and played board games. They also discussed the prospects for the development of the praise and worship ministry of the Bread of Life Church.

A special request from all children’s and teens’ ministries. If your child is sick, sneezing or coughing, please do not bring them to church for services or children’s choir practice. We have so many children and they get infected from sick children very quickly. It is not aesthetically correct, goes against common sense, and is not fair to the parents who are doing everything they can to protect their children. Thank you for your understanding.

• SMALL GROUPS!
Registration is now open! If you haven’t already signed up for one of the many small groups, hurry up and signup, in the church foyer or in the church app. When choosing a small group, do not look at the age of the leaders or where they live, meetings can take place anywhere, including the church, and a small group can be made up of any age. Please note, that some cells will be held in Ukrainian or English. If you are unfamiliar with the group leaders, this is a good time to get out of your comfort zone, get to know each other, and make new friends.
• Bible Land is in need of teachers for children ages 3-4, if you’re willing, or it’s on your heart to work with kids of that age, please contact ministry leader Leya Gula (417) 569-2908.
• School of Russian Language is looking for teachers. If you have any experience in teaching Russian Language to small kids, please contact school’s director Svetlana Paliakou (503) 830-9696.
